Board Member of the Day - we are going to be dividing up the supervision of Ward among the Board and trusted families.  

In charge of operations at Ward for that day.

You will be the point person for any issues that night.  For anything major, you can contact Mike Vacchi or Chris Hine.

Make sure umpires arrive.  Game balls were distributed.  Restrooms open. Fields are lined by coaches/volunteers.

Fields are raked by coaches/volunteers at end of the night.

Make sure all lights are off and all buildings are locked up at end of the night.

Picking up Chick Fil A from the Lawrenceville location. The league credit card is on file so you just pick up the order, get the receipt and take both to the Ward concession stand.
