Welcome Online Registration.

You will need to have the following on hand prior to registering:

  1. Emergency contact information.
  2. Preference of local hospital.
  3. Any other emergency related information that the WBYAA would need to know about your child.
  4. A Mastercard or Visa for payment.
  5. If this is your FIRST time registering with WBYAA, we will need a copy of your child's birth certificate. You may either upload a copy via this website, or send one in. If you choose to send in the birth certificate, you must do so within 10 days or your registration will be voided.

We are always looking for COACHES! During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your interest.If you are interested, please enter your name in the appropriate box!All coaches and volunteers must complete and pass a CORI background check. Changes in Payment Terms:

  • Payment is expected at the time of registration (Credit Card). We understand that some members prefer to pay by check.
  • Payment must be received no later than 3 days after the end of open registration. If it is not, your registration will be deleted. You can reregister and be subject to the late fee as part of the re-registration process.
  • Late registration payments are expected at the time of registration. If you prefer to send a check in, payment must be received within 3 days of the end of registration. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to delete your registration.
