Please make sure you have the following information with you before you begin the registration process.
You will need:
- Insurance Medical Card w/ Policy Number or Medical ID.
- Current weight of your child.
- Information of an emergency contact other than a parent including a different phone number.
- Correct sizes of your child for: t-shirt, shorts, jersey, sweatshirt and sweatpants.
- Credit Card for Payment- we do offer a payment plan with total registration broken up into a deposit and 4 additional payments.
