Indoor Winter Lacrosse will start on January 7 this year playing at Rumsey Hall.  Teams will be assigned based on your age and skill with exceptions.  If necessary, we will try to make some “trades”.

Play will be January 7, 14, 21, 28 February 4, 11, 18, 25 March 4.  Games will be 2 25 minute running time halves.  There will be 2 games per night. Program open to grades 6-12.  Players will be split up into ages depending on # of registrants.  Play will be 2-3-2  +1 goalie.  The early game will be for the younger players.

Reversible pinney will be provided.

1 Certified Referee will officiate

For insurance, every player must be registered with US Lacrosse.  I bet most of the Rumsey players are already registered.  Let’s talk about this.

Please get there at least 15 minutes before game time - we start promptly

Some rules – The first game will start at 8:05 SHARP.  We will play 2 - 25 minute periods with a 5 minute half time – running time.

Quality basketball type sneakers are preferred.  Will use no-bounce Lax balls

Boys will play 2-3-2 and a goalie.  Full pads are required INCLUDING MOUTH GUARDS.
