First) Enter Parent/ Guardian Information  

Please be prepared to enter your email address and a password. By doing this you have the ability to go back and change the information you entered or add to information to let us know of any special request you have. You will also have the option to enter a 2nd parent/guardian by clicking a box at the bottom of the page.

Then)  Enter Participant Info (Player Information)  

Lastly)  Enter your payment  

You may pay by credit/debit card or send us a check.
