Welcome to our Spring 2021 Waitlist Registration!
We are excited you are interested in joining us for our 2021 season of baseball. At this point in time, we are only accepting players to our waitlist. We would like to have added more players to the league but we can only do that if we have enough Volunteers/Managers. As we get more volunteers that will help to make our 2021 season successful, we will start taking players off this waitlist and assigning them to teams.
Since we are hopeful that will happen, we have not changed this registration from want we need earlier. The only exception is we have reduced the nonrefundable fee from $100 to $5 until the time that we have notified you we can place your player on a team and you have confirmed your desire to participate still in our 2021 season.
Because of COVID-19 restrictions that affect how we are currently required to use the City fields, our traditional baseball program will take on a slightly different look this year but one that should be very beneficial for all players. As soon as restrictions ease, we will go to our normal array of games and practices. Until that time, all teams will only hold practices within the limit of 12 players on a field at any given time.
You can play baseball in Del Mar Little League (DMLL) if:
(1) You live inside the boundary of DMLL (if unsure, please go to https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/league-finder/ to confirm); or
(2) Attend a school within the DMLL boundary. (Schools within the DMLL boundary include: Ashley Falls, Carmel Creek, Carmel Del Mar, Carmel Valley Middle School, Del Mar Heights, Del Mar Hills, Notre Dame Academy, Ocean Air, Pacific Trails Middle School, Sage Canyon, San Diego Jewish Academy, Solana Pacific, Sycamore Ridge, and Torrey Hills); or
(3) You are a sibling of a player who attends a school within our boundaries.
As part of this registration, $100 will be charged representing a portion of the fees related to your child's participation in our program. This $100 will be non-refundable, except under the situation where we can assign your player to a team. If we are able to play games at some point this Spring, there will be an additional fee due and payable that will vary based on the level at which your child is participating.
Any outstanding credit you might have from the 2020 season that might not have already apply to reduce the fees from Fall Ball will be applied now and should show up as a reduction in the amount required now as payment.
Please be aware our system does not save the registration data if you stop anytime during the completion of this form or there were problems with the payment. You will need to click on the link again and do this registration form again to be part of the 2021 season.
Additionally, if the payment required is greater than $100 per player it is probably because of an outstanding balance amounts due to fees from Fall Ball. If you have questions regarding the amount please contact the registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
***Please note that any player who does not meet the eligibility requirements for Del Mar Little League (age, residency or school) will be ineligible for All-Star play at the end of the season. ***
