LAX is back! Registration for our 2ndAnnual Fall Clinics will open August 1st. Our revamped format will allow for 45-minute skills sessions followed by 45 minutes of intra-team scrimmages. Fall Clinic pinnies will be provided for players to wear throughout the clinics and keep. A valid US Lacrosse membership will be required. Learn more about the benefits of membership.

Equipment:

Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to offer borrowed equipment.

  • Chest protector
  • Elbow pads
  • Gloves
  • Stick
  • Cleats or good running shoes

Girls

  • Goggles

COVID-19:

Players and coaches must conduct symptom assessments before each clinic. Anyone experiencing symptoms must stay home. Please refer to the CDC for a list of symptoms.

Six-feet social distance must be maintained between individuals except when on the field.

Physical contact is only permitted within the rules of the game during competitive practice. Players and coaches are not to physically contact each other before or after competitive practice (i.e. greetings, team huddles, high-fives, congregating, etc.) 

Arrive dressed and ready to play.

Face masks are required for staff and coaches. Players may wear a face mask during lacrosse activity. Players should wear face coverings when not on the field except for one of the following reasons: 

  • Facial coverings in the setting are prohibited by law or regulation. 
  • Facial coverings are in violation of documented industry standards. 
  • Facial coverings are not advisable for health reasons. 
  • Facial coverings are in violation of documented safety policies. 
  • There is a functional (practical) reason to not wear a facial covering. 

Whenever possible, equipment and personal items (such as water bottles) should have proper separation and should not be shared. Water bottles, food, and drinks should not be shared.

Spectators must conduct daily symptom assessments. Anyone experiencing symptoms must stay home. Please refer to the CDC for a list of symptoms.

Welcome back, Lil’Crossers! Registration for our Fall Clinic Lil’Crossers will open August 1st. These 60-minute sessions will include skills instruction and culminate in intra-team scrimmages. This is a great opportunity for those new to the game to pick up a stick and learn basic skills. Commemorative t-shirts will be provided to players.
