ALL head coaches must complete this registration in order to coach for BVL during the 2023 calendar year. 

Please email BVL Director Andrew Davies at andrew@boulderlacrosse.org before beginning this registration, if you are interested in coaching with BVL.   

Head coaches are required to be current US Lacrosse members in order to complete this registration. If necessary, this registration will divert you to www.uslacrosse.org to obtain membership first.  When you obtain membership, be sure to complete the NCSI background check registration through the US Lacrosse portal as well.  Then you will be returned to the BVL website to complete this registration.

Coaches will be asked to sign off on our Zero Tolerance for Abuse Policy and the state-mandated Concussion Awareness requirement.

Non-parent coaches can email a copy of your US Lacrosse membership purchase to andrew@boulderlacrosse.org to receive reimbursement.
