2021-22 GCCC Learn To Skate Session 2


Welcome to the 2021-22 Learn to Skate USA Registration with GCCC!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, sign consents and submit payment for session 1. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Learn to Skate USA membership number (see below for details). 


GCCC Learn to Skate USA  Session #2

Cost $125.00  which covers session # 1, instruction and ice rental expenses per skater.

NEWPlease note that a LEARN TO SKATE USA membership is REQUIRED to participate in any Learn To Skate classes taught by the GCCC staff. Please obtain this membership online at before continuing with this registration and then provide your LTS USA membership number when indicated in process. Your skater’s registration will not be complete without this membership. This membership will require a small fee that provides participants with many benefits (membership benefits will be detailed on Learn to Skate website). This is a one time annual fee paid directly to Learn to Skate program.

The one-time annual fee for Learn to Skate USA membership is $16.00 *

* A processing and handling fee of $1.25 will be applied at the time of checkout. Learn to Skate USA instructors over the age of 18 years old may be charged an additional fee.



Welcome to the 2021-22 Fall session of Learn to Skate USA classes offered by GCCC. We are looking forward to a wonderful season of fun and learning. Please take note that there are some changes to our registration process. We are requiring on-line registration. We will always accept paper registrations, but are encouraging everyone to register through our on-line system. Steps are outlined below. Please do not hesitate to contact us at with any questions.



Before registering for GCCC Learn to Skate USA Fall Session at, all participants must obtain a Learn to Skate USA membership number by registering on-line at This membership number will be required in order to complete your GCCC on-line registration.



  1. NEW - Register with Learn to Skate USA to get your Learn to Skate membership number. Follow link to Learn to Skate website ( and follow instructions to join program. At the end of process, you will receive a membership number, which you will need for GCCC Learn to Skate USA registration through GCCC website. A small annual membership fee of $16.00 will need to be made at Learn to Skate USA to become a member of this national program. (This is the same fee that has always been required and collected in registration. The only difference is members join and pay Learn to Skate USA directly). Benefits of this membership can be found through their website.
  2. Go to to begin registration in our GCCC Learn to Skate USA program.
  3. Select Register Online from left vertical menu bar.
  4. Scroll to find the GCCC Learn to Skate USA session you wish to join and select program to begin registration.
  5. You will be asked to sign in to your GCCC account to continue with registration
    1. If you have an account, enter your account credentials and continue
    2. If you do not have an account, follow instructions provided to create your account
  6. Complete ALL questions in registration process. Don’t forget to enter your new Learn to Skate membership number when asked. This is required to join our program and receive instruction at GCCC.
  7. For your convenience, payment can be made using our secure on-line system or we will accept payment by check, cash or credit at our facility in advance of attending your first class.


In addition, we will have on-line registration available at GCCC if this level of assistance is required.

Finally, if you prefer paper registration we will gladly provide this method as in the past.

2021-22 Nixon Monday Night Hockey

This is an adult no contact/checking hockey program. No officiating, Full equipment required.

  • Season: September 13th to March 28th (29 Sessions)
  • Time: 9:30-10:50 PM (9/30 to 11/1), then 9:00-10:20 PM (11/8 to 3/28) - starting at beginning of HS Hockey Season
  • Cost: $420.00 for season paid in two installments (below)
    • Installment 1: $210 due by 09/13/21
    • Installment 2: $210 due by 11/30/21
  • Sub Cost: $20 per skate

2021-22 Thursday Zamboni League

Program is designed for beginner to intermediate hockey skills. This is a weekly adult co-ed group that meets every Tuesday night through the season. You must be 18 years old to play. This is a no checking program. Full equipment is required (helmet, shoulder pads, pants, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, and of course.. skates). Please ensure you read and sign off on all agreements on the registration form

Cost is $375 for 28 weeks paid in full up front. Otherwise it is $15 per night/session.

  (Group does not skate on Christmas Eve or New Years Eve)

Only two full time goalies will be allowed to register.

Thursdays, 9/23 thru 11/4   9:30pm-10:50pm

Thursdays, 11/11 thru 3/31/2022  9:00pm-10:30pm

* No skate on Thanksgiving.


Walk-ins are allowed on a substitute basis ONLY. You will need the name of the player you are subbing for and the cost is $15 to skate for the night.

You will need to sign the waiver of liability form which is available in the main office.


If you are a more advanced player, we will be willing to allow a limited number of you to play, under the following conditions:

  • You must play down to the level of skaters on the ice. You will be expected to pass the puck and NO hot dogging will be allowed.

Any violation of this agreement will result in your suspension from the program with NO REFUND.

The program size will be limited to a total of 32. This includes two full time goalies, and 30 skaters. All registrations after that number, will be put on a waitlist, in case someone drops or does not pay, etc. Substitute rules are listed above. If you register for goalie then its considered full time position. If more than 2 goalies register, it will be taken on a date/time you registered. Any additional goalies would be used as subs if needed for a goalie who cannot come a particular night.

2021-22 Tuesday Adult Beginner Hockey

Designed for beginner adult hockey players. This is a weekly adult co-ed league that meets every Tuesday night through the season. This program is meant for the adult beginner hockey players and is lead by a Coach.

  • No check league, Full equipment is required
  • Season: 10-5-21 to 3-29-22 (26 Sessions)
  • Time: 9:30 - 11:00 PM
  • Cost: $400 (26 weeks)
    • Paid in full up in two installments (Savings of $60).
  • $20 if paid per session
  • Please register through the website regardless of payment choice.
  • Payment is taken through website registration only.
