Welcome to the Shoreline Sharks Hockey Registration
 

Thank you for choosing the Shoreline Sharks!  Whether you are joining our 20-week Learn to Play Clinic or a travel team, we are excited to have you on the ice!

Before you begin, please follow the link to USA Hockey to sign up as you will need your membership number during the signup process. Scroll down and choose the program that best fits your player. Lastly, complete the program-specific documents and mail them to the registrar.

Our home rink is Northford Ice Pavilion in Northford, CT.

Please note that all fees for the 2020-2021 season are due prior to the beginning of the season.
 

Step 1: Register with USA Hockey:

All players AND Sharks Hockey Development Program participants MUST BE REGISTERED with USA Hockey PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN OUR PROGRAM.  Please do this first as you will need your USA Hockey number during the registration process. The USA Hockey membership period begins on April 1, you must register annually.

Step 2:  Scroll Down and Choose Your Program:

Input basic registration information including name, age, contact details, USA Hockey number, and payment information. 

Step 3:  Compete the required Documents & Forms:

You are required to submit ALL of the following forms and documents.  Click on each of the following links to read, print, and complete each form.

Learn to Play Clinic (Sand Sharks and Junior Sharks) Participants
  1. USA Hockey Registration - once you register with USA Hockey please log in to your account and update the player's USA Hockey number.
  2. Consent to Treat
Travel Team Participants
  1. USA Hockey Registration- once you register with USA Hockey please log in to your account and update the player's USA Hockey number.
  2. Commitment Letter (team specific.  Please contact registrar@shorelinesharkshockey.com)
  3. Player Code of Conduct
  4. Parent Code of Conduct

Step 4:  Mail All Completed Forms and Documents:

Sand Sharks

2020-2021 Learn to Play Registration - Sand Sharks (ages 3 - 11)

Oct. 4 - Feb. 28

Weekly Clinic, 1 Hour

Sunday Afternoons, Northford Ice Pavilion, Northford  

20 Week Clinic: $400  (Free for first-time participants 8 and under)

 

Our Sand Sharks program is designed to teach girls ages 3 - 11 how to play and love hockey in a fun and safe environment. In this 20-week session, our certified coaches use age and skill-appropriate drills and games to teach the fundamentals of skating and hockey. To accelerate development, participants are grouped by ability and will advance in-season as they master skill criteria. Skating experience is not required. All players must be registered with USA Hockey to participate in the clinic ($46 fee, girls 6 and under are free).

IMPORTANT NOTE:  

If your daughter is 8 or younger AND this is her first session, please do not pay when you get to the payment screen.  We will apply the discount for you and send an updated invoice.

2020-2021 Learn to Play Registration - Junior Sharks (ages 12 - 19)

20 Week Clinic: $400 

 

Our Junior Sharks program is designed for girls ages 12 - 19 new to hockey who are interested in team play.  Led by former high school coaches, our experienced team teach the fundamentals including skating technique, stick handling, passing, and shooting.  Skating experience is recommended but not required. All players must be registered with USA Hockey to participate in the clinic ($46 fee).
