SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION:

If you played in the last 5 years, your PROFILES are already set up in this website. If you have forgotten your password, when you log in, type ONLY your email address to request that a new password be sent to you.
Be sure to read each screen carefully when entering your information. Grade is especially critical. Look at what School Year the system is asking a grade for. When the grade is asked again on the Supplemental Questions, the grade will usually be the upcoming FALL school grade.
Please set up profiles for BOTH parents/guardians.
When you register online, you should pay by credit card at the end of the registration process. The billing address on the Credit Card you use for payment must match your home address on the registration (or you can change the billing address---there will be a check box to confirm your address input. This check box MUST be checked).
Please do not type in all CAPS or all lower case. If you want your child's name to appear correctly on rosters, type it properly--Example: Thomas D'Acanto and NOT tommy dacanto.
If you are having trouble registering, go back to the player profile and make sure that Date of Birth and Grade are completed AND make sure that everyone in your family has a mailing address in their profiles.

2023 Tackle Coach Registration

ALL those who expect to be coaches or assistant coaches MUST complete this registration process. BEFORE completing the WYF site registration, you should have completed all Certification Requirements which were sent in an email and can be found HERE.

NOTE: If you are a parent of a player or are in the system from prior years of involvement, there is no need to re-enter all your information. Log into your profile using your email address and follow the directions on the prompts for registering/logging in. Please do not duplicate your profile. If you no longer have access to your profile because of an email address change, please contact admin@wiltonyouthfootball.org for help.

HINTS:

Please be sure your member information page includes your Date of Birth or you will not be able to register as a coach. Your DOB in your profile will use a four digit year. All other dates should be entered with a 2 digit year.
When entering your dates for certification effective date, entry date or expiration date, please use 2 digits for the year instead of four (8/1/17 instead of 8/1/2017).
Background check is a mandatory field. If you have not done your background check go do it first. If you have done your background check but do not have the confirmation number this registration asks for, please enter "LOOK UP" in the confirmation number field.
DO NOT INPUT MADE UP NUMBERS OR DATES JUST TO GET THIS OVER WITH.
