  • To continue with the registration process, you'll first need to sign into the system.
  • If you're an existing member, you may have already been issued or created your own password.   If so, enter it below along with your email address.
o        If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address only and your password will be emailed to that address.
o        If the email account that you used to register is no longer active, please contact  .  We will work with you to update your account with your current email address
  • If you're a new user (never registered on this site before) or you don't know your password, enter only your email address and submit this form.  A new password will be emailed to you immediately.   You can then use the issued password to login

  • When registering a player for Team CT, select the appropriate division registration based on the player's birth year. 
    • Fill out or confirm the adult info and submit
    • Once the first adult info is complete, you will be able to add a second adult or a child
    • Please use your child’s given name on his/her Birth Certificate.  Nicknames, if used, can be added as additional information.
    • Click the register button next to the child’s name you would like to register.  Adults do not need to register themselves. 
2023 Boys District Camp Tryout 2008-2009 Birth Year (Held April 11-12)

New England District Player Development Camp try-out for CT boys with a birth year of 2008 and 2009. Try-outs are scheduled for April 11th and 12th in Northford. Players must be able to attend the New England Player Development Camp in June/July, 2023 in the event they are selected to participate.

  • Electronic registration must be complete by midnight, April 7, 2023. 
  • This registration closes on April 7th and any late registration will be assessed a late fee.
  • Registrations are not complete until payment is made. ANY REGISTRATION THAT IS NOT PAID BY 4/8/2023 WILL BE REMOVED and not considered registered for the tryout.

Exact times for each player will be finalized after registration closes and communicated by 4/9/2023. All players should be available for both dates.

Each player will be emailed their tryout schedule once payment has been made after April 8th. Mouth guards and Neck guards are required.  It should also be understood and agreed that there is no primary medical insurance for this program. It is further understood that there are standards of behavior that have been established and that violations of these rules can result in dismissal from the program without refund of fees. Registration fee: $85.  Late fee (registrations paid after 4/7/2023) is an additional $85. Questions can be directed to Tom Regan at TomRegan@chchockey.org
