PLAYER WAIVER

This waiver is required by all players participating in the 2023 Gold Coast Fall Shootout tournament.  Your team needs to be registered for the tournament before you can complete your waiver for your team.  If your team is not listed in this waiver process please check with YOUR program organizer or coach.  ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST BE US LACROSSE MEMBERS PER US LACROSSE SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT RULES.
