All new and returning players planning on playing for an Arizona Girls High School Lacrosse Team (Varsity or JV) during the 2023 season need to be registered by their PARENT or GUARDIAN with the AGLA. Please have a PARENT or GUARDIAN complete the following online form as soon as possible*
The AGLA registration is free and is separate from your high school club team registration. For your team registration costs and procedures please contact your club manager or coach.
IMPORTANT! Before you start you will need:
- A parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18. Only Parents, Legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can enter information for this program.
- A US Lacrosse membership valid through the June 1st 2023. You can get an membership or renew your current one on the USA Lacrosse website at www.USALacrosse.org. If you are under 18 you will need a parent guardian to complete the US lacrosse membership information and a way to pay online for the membership.
- The name of the team you plan to play for. You do not need to know Varsity or JV just the name of the school. Please select the school you are planning to play for when registering.
* You MUST complete and submit the AGLA registration at least 48 hours prior to participating in your first AGLA-sponsored game/event.
