This fall, the high school team's Coach Lacon is conducting clinic sessions for 6-12th graders. Members of Upper Dublin Lacrosse Club are encouraged to attend.
Who: Upper Dublin lacrosse players in grades 6-12
What: Skills and Drills sessions hosted by the members of the Upper Dublin High School coaching staff and alumni, including individualized skill-building for stickwork, dodging, feeding, groundballs, shooting, individual and team defense, goalie play, and lacrosse IQ.
Where: SPARKs Lower field
When: 9-11AM; Sunday mornings 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/8. Designed to do individual and team Skills and Drills for the first hour, or so. The second half, 10-11AM, will be designed for opportunities to have situational scrimmage settings with the possibility to play against outside opponents with referees.
Cost: $15 covers field rental and referee fees. Players must have a valid US Lacrosse membership for this online registration
All players must bring all of their own equipment and cannot share with any other player. Equipment includes stick, helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads, cup, mouthguard and cleats. All players must bring their own LABELED water bottle and may not share.
We will distribute pinnies which must be returned to the head coach

All parents must complete this registration in order for their sons to participate. We must have an electronically-signed waiver prior to allowing your son to even be screened at the field prior to sessions. Each session, your son will be asked about their health and their temperature may be taken using an infrared thermometer. If your son has any of the symptoms HE MUST STAY HOME. This is the same for the coaching staff.
Parents must socially distance on the sidieline and are asked to wear masks
