Any program is only as strong as its coaches, and that's why we place finding and supporting our coaches as a high priority. We ask that all individuals interested in coaching register online. In addition to registration, coaches will need:

-a current US Lacrosse membership

-to complete the US Lacrosse Level 1 online coaching certification

-to complete the US Lacrosse background screening

-to complete the US Lacrosse Men's Level 1 Proper Contact Tutorial.

Bruins 10U Boys Lacrosse uses a 7v7 format (1x Goalie, 2x Middies, 2x Attack, and 2x Defense) on a short field to encourage greater skill development, competition and fun.

Practices start in February, and games run from March through May. 

For first-time players, we offer the opportunity to borrow equipment. This will require a $75 deposit in the form of a check at the time of equipment check-out, to be held until the equipment is returned. 

Members must have a US Lacrosse membership.

The Bruins Lacrosse rec program has decided to open up elementary girls registration to see what kind of interest we get. Our hope is to get enough girls to field a team, but that will be dependent on numbers. At this time, if your daughter is in elementary school, and would like to get/keep a stick in her hand, please register. Practices will likely be once a week, on Tuesdays. Many more details to come in the next couple of weeks.

Must purchse a valid lacrosse membership from U.S. Lacrosse.

In Grades: 1 to 5 for 2022-23 School year

Our Bruins Girls Lacrosse program is the time for developing strong technical skills and is the dawning of tactical awareness. Players are introduced to concepts like mental preparation, goal setting, and coping with winning and losing. Players learn advanced technical skills and lacrosse position-specific techniques. The major focus is on applying lacrosse skills, strategies and tactics from practice to competitive situations.

For this season, we are registering girls in 5th through 8th grades.

Practices start in February, and games run from March through May.

Must have a valid lacrosse membership.
