Who:   All Male and Female Middle School Athletes

When: Monday and Wednesdays:  January 23, 2023 - March 15, 2023
(Excluding spring break, Holidays that fall on Mondays, and Bad weather nights)

John Davis- John has been training athletes in our area for the past 20 years.  John is an expert in athletic training and speed/movement. 

John LIsella: John was the starting left tackle on the 2011 Columbine State Championship team and played college football at the University of Colorado on scholarship.  John has been coaching at Columbine for the past 3 seasons and has been coaching in Europe for the past four years.  This past summer he coached under Art Bryles and their team won the Italian Championship. 

Aaron Freyta: Aaron is currently teaching at Carmody M.S.  Aaron has worked with John Davis developing 7th and 8th grade athletes in this middle school weights program for almost 10 years. Aaron has been on the Columbine football staff for 10 years and began coaching for the Ducks, 7 on 7 team last spring.  

Jesse Schwiegerath:  Jesse specializes in speed training in addition to weight training.  He has worked for several speed training businesses in Denver and brings a ton of knowledge and experience in training young athletes. Jesse was an All State defensive back at Columbine and is back coaching football and track at Columbine.

January 30th - March 15, 2023

$80 (16 Training Sessions)

This program will teach young athletes proper techniques and movement mechanics as they relate to sports and fitness.  Athletes will engage in bodyweight-based strength conditioning.

This program is designed to enchance strength, power, and agaillity, while building a solid foundation for more advanced athletic training in the future.

Coach John Davis has been a Strength and Conditioning coach for almost 20 years, training local athletes of all levels.  Coach Davis has helped coach student athletes at Columbine for the last 15 years, and is excited to provide a challenging, fun, and safe program for young ahtletes.
