After you have received confirmation that your Registration has been processed;

Go to "DOCUMENTS" located on the left side of the webpage, print the Code of Conduct, Medical Release & Waiver and Photo Release Forms. These 3 forms must be completed & brought to Forms Night in July along with a copy of the participant's Birth Certificate.

If you select to pay by check, payment will also be due on Forms night.

Bulldogs Tackle Football 2023

Since 1995, Sandwich Youth Football has been dedicated to teaching the Fundamentals of Tackle Football. While heavy emphasis is placed on the importance of Teamwork & Sportsmanship, our main objective is that EVERYONE HAS FUN!

Tackle Football is open to all children between to ages of 7 (as of September 1st) and 14 (as of June 30th) of the current year.

Once Registration Period is complete all players will be placed on 1 of three Teams, based on age, weight and experience. Teams are; Mites, Pee Wee and Midgets. Each Team may play a Varsity and a Junior Varsity Schedule (Like High School), if we have a sufficient number of players registered. We believe that this will create more opportunities for our players to develop and continue to grow their skill sets.

Cost: $375.00 ($275 registration + $100 prepayment of raffle tickets, Payable Online) EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of $50 until May 15th!

As part of our Largest Fundraiser, we ask that every participant purchase 10 Raffle Tickets for $100.00, this fee is included as part of your registration fee. Raffle tickets will be handed out at the start of the season. Participants can enter the raffle themselves or sell the tickets and re-coup their $$$. Team Moms will collect all ticket stubs and winners will be drawn during one of our home games.

Bulldogs Cheer 2023

Since 1995, Sandwich Youth Football has been dedicated to teaching the Fundamentals of Cheerleading to the youth of Sandwich and surrounding towns. While heavy emphasis is placed on the importance of Teamwork & Sportsmanship, our main objective is that EVERYONE HAS FUN! Cheerleading is open to kids ages 5 - 15.

Cheerleaders learn chants, cheers, basic stunts, and preform a half time rountine - no experience required.

Cost: $100.00

Participants will need to purchase a uniform from the cheer progam. In addition to the uniform participants will need all white athletic sneakers, all white turtle neck, white ankle socks, and navy bike shorts. Warm-Ups optional.

Bulldogs Flag Football 2023

Flag Football will run concurrent with the Tackle Football Season. The purpose is to introduce the younger boys and girls to the sport of football and is open to players ages 5 - 6, as of July 1st. Game shirts and Flags will be supplied.
