Welcome to the Registration Form for 2023 Milton Monarchs Tournament Team. 

The cost for 2023 is $975. This includes costs associated with uniforms, practice rentals, tournaments, umpire fees, insurance, stipends for coaches and equipment.

To accept your roster invitation and to hold your spot, we require an initial payment of $175 by September 5th.

The payment schedule is as follows:

• September 5th, 2022: $175
• December 1st, 2022: $200
• February 1st, 2023: $200
• April 1st, 2023: $200
• June 1st, 2023: $200
