Fall Strength and Conditioning
Staples HS Lacrosse will be doing our fall strength and conditioning at Staples HS in our weight room. Our program will once again be led by Drew Accomando and his ATP Performance team. Drew will be holding a testing day at the beginning of the program at his facility in South Norwalk so each student athlete can track their improvement through the program.
We will have three workouts per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 2:30 - 3:45pm. These sessions run from Wednesday September 4th through Friday December 6th, three times per week for a total of 37 sessions.
This program is designed for OUT OF SEASON athletes (no fall sport). Any IN SEASON athlete should speak with their Fall coach about strength and conditioning and what their program philosophy is for in season training.

Week Three - Sept. 16th, 18th, & 20th
Week Four - Sept. 23rd, 25th, & 27th
Week Five - Oct. 2nd & 4th (Off on Sept. 30th)
Week Six - Oct. 7th & 11th (Off on Oct. 9th)
Week Seven - Oct. 14th, 16th, & 18th
Week Eight - Oct. 21st, 23rd, & 25th
Week Nine - Oct 28th, 30th, & Nov. 1st
Week Ten - Nov. 4th, 6th, & 8th
Week Eleven - Nov. 11th, 13th, & 15th
Week Twelve - Nov. 18th, 20th, & 22nd
Week Thirteen - Nov. 25th (Off Nov. 27th & 29th)
Week Fourteen - Dec. 2nd, 4th, & 6th
