Spring registration is open to players for the pre-K through Babe Ruth Leagues. Players register for the league corresponding to their grade, except for the Babe Ruth League. The Babe Ruth League is for players 13 – 16 years old. For the pre-K Rookie League, players must have turned 4 years old by May 1, 2023 to be eligible to register.
Season Details:
The pre-K through 1st grade league games will typically be played at Memorial Field. The pre-K league will play on Saturday mornings. The Kindergarten and 1st grade leagues will have two games a week, with one weeknight game (any night, Monday through Friday) and one Saturday game. Opening Day is April 1 with one or two pre-season practices. Registration is open January 1 – March 1, 2023.
For the 2nd through 6th grade leagues, season will consist of twelve games, weather permitting. There are typically two games per week. Season begins Monday, April 3 with one or two pre-season practices. Registration is open January 1 – February 28. 2023.
The Babe Ruth League is for players 13 – 16 years old (born between 5/1/2006 and 4/30/2010, per the Babe Ruth age chart). The league will play teams from nearby towns such as GVAA and Marlton. Home field is Wesley Bishop Field. Registration is open January 1 - March 11, 2023.
Drafts/Team Selections:
Team rosters for the Pre-K through 1st grade leagues will be posted on the MYBF website in mid to late March.
Team drafts for the 2nd through 6th grade leagues will take place the week of March 6. Teams will be posted on the website in mid-March.
Team selection for the Babe Ruth League will take place in mid-March and will be posted on the website by the end of March.
Schedules:
Schedules for all leagues will be finalized in mid to late March and will be posted on the website.
Payments:
Payments for the Spring season must be made in full by the close of the league’s registration (February 28 for 2nd – 6th grade league, March 1 for preK – 1st grade grades, and March 11 for the Babe Ruth league.) Players with outstanding balances will not be drafted/rostered to a team. Payments must be made online by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) through our payment portal. No refunds will be granted after the close of the league’s registration apart from player injury that will preclude them from playing in the Spring. All refunds granted will be subject to a nominal refund fee.
Sponsorships:
Team Sponsorship include company name and logo on team jersey, company name and hyperlinked logo on team page as well as scrolling on the MYBF homepage. Cost is $250 for one team and $150 for each additional team.
Web Sponsorships include company name and hyperlinked logo scrolling on the MYBF homepage. Cost is $250.
Banner Sponsorships include a 4' x 8' high visibility banner on an outfield fence at Pryor Field, company name and logo on team jersey and hyperlinked logo team page and MYBF homepage. Cost is $500 per banner.
