What do the bricks look like?
The bricks are 6 inches tall x 9.5 inches wide and are tan colored to complement existing bricks in the courtyard by the L-S Gymnasium. The engraving will be with black type.
How many bricks can I buy?
There is no limit to the number of bricks you can purchase.
Are there any messaging guidelines?
Lincoln-Sudbury administration reserves the right of refusal of any order found to be inappropriate or in violation of the Lincoln-Sudbury policies, directives, or guidelines. Discriminatory or inappropriate messages which refer to an individual's or group's sex, race, color, religious creed, national origin, age, or physical handicap will not be permitted.
What are the guidelines for the size of the engraved message?
Engravings can be up to four lines of text with a maximum of 21 characters per line including spaces & punctuation.
Will advertising be permitted?
No advertising messaging will be allowed.
Can I pay buy check?
Yes, you can print an order form and mail with a check.
Are there specific L-S Athletics capital projects designated for the L-S Bricks Campaign?
The resurfacing of the L-S Stadium track is a targeted capital project for this campaign. The L-S Boosters have contributed over $1M to L-S Athletics programs since 1991.
Who will be installing the bricks?
The L-S Buildings and Grounds Department will be installing bricks ordered prior to June 10, 2017 during the 2017 summer break. These bricks will be installed around the existing planters in the L-S Gymnasium Courtyard. As part of this process, the current uneven brick surfaces in the Courtyard will be repaired. Brick placement is at the sole discretion of the L-S Buildings and Grounds Department.
Is this considered a charitable deduction?
