Speed, Strength, Agility and Quickness Training for the Baseball Player
Ages 12-14
The purpose of this program is to make the baseball player a better overall athlete. More speed, strength, agility and quickness will carry over into all aspects of baseball including hitting, throwing, fielding and base running. There are two (2) 6 week programs meeting on Saturday afternoon for 1 hour during the winter months. All fitness levels are invited. Our goal is to help get each player to the next level.
Saturdays:
Session 1 - January 9 thru February 13, 2016 from 1:00 – 2:00pm
Session 2 - February 20 thru March 26, 2016 from 1:00 - 2:00pm
