Dana Drever (2027) - The Cavalier Girls program is co-led by Dana Drever. Dana has been involved with the game of lacrosse for over 20 years. She played lacrosse at the high school level, college level and for the USWLA National Midwest Team. She received many honors including all-district, all-region, all-state and MVP. Dana was the head coach for the Stone Bridge High School Girls’ Varsity team from its inception through 2007. During that time she led the team to two undefeated seasons, two district championships and was named coach of the year two years in a row. She has coached numerous indoor winter league teams and ran a summer lacrosse camp for high school players. Dana has also worked with the Dominion High School team during their off-season.  Dana currently is the head coach at Independence High School.


Kristen Freudiger (2024) - The Cavalier Girls program is co-led by Kristen Freudiger. Kristen grew up in Canada where she played boys box lacrosse as a goalie. She went on to Limestone college in Gaffney, SC. Kristen is a 2005 & 2006 1st team All-American and 2005 NCAA Defensive Player of The Year. While at Limestone, her Saints squad went to the NCAA tournament in 2005 and 2006. She was team Captain multiple times. She then went on to play for Team Canada and was later the head coach at South Lakes High School.  Kristen currently is the assistant coach at Independence High School.  


Natalie Drever (2025)Natalie Drever has played and coached lacrosse for over 15 years. She was a four year varsity letter winner at Dominion High School where she received multiple awards and served as team captain, while also volunteer coaching for Algonkian Tribe. During high school she was also a member of the Cardinal 2013 Red Team which was nationally ranked as 45th best in the USA. She went on to play Division I Varsity Lacrosse, and later became the Founder, President, and 2015 MVP of the Women's Club Lacrosse Team at Mount St. Mary's University. At the Mount she pursued her B.S. in Business and Management. During college, Natalie started coaching club lacrosse for the Cardinal 2019 Red Team and transitioned to Cavalier Lacrosse coaching clinics and winter league, and is a Head Coach for the Cavs 2022 Team. In Spring 2017, Natalie served on the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Program for Heritage HS. In Spring 2018, she served as the Varsity Head Coach at Herndon HS where she led the team to break seven school records, which positioned them to make their first ever appearances in the District, Regional, and State Tournaments. Here she was recognized by her peers and named All-Region Coach of the Year. Starting Spring 2019 to the present, Natalie serves on the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Program for Langley HS. Here, the team made school history where Natalie helped lead Langley to sweep their 6A Conference, District, Region, and State Tournaments - which is Langley's first ever State Championship Title! She is excited to kick off the season and help her players grow and develop through the lacrosse world!


Amy Rollins (2025)Amy attended Shenandoah University where she received the following honors: Third Team ODAC, Second Team USA South, USA College Lacrosse Honorable Mention All America Team. Amy has been coaching lacrosse for 9 years. 4 years youth lacrosse, 2 years High School Varsity assistant coach and 3 years High School Varsity Head Coach. Amy currently lives in Ashburn with her family and is a NICU nurse. She also plays lacrosse in an Oldie Goldie League! 


Caroline Bean (Intern: Recruiting) - Caroline Bean has been playing lacrosse for 11 years. She previously played on the blue team for the Stars Lacrosse Club, and the blue team for the Capital Lacrosse Club. Starting her freshman year, Caroline has been a key player for the Langley High School Girls' Varsity Lacrosse Team. At Langley, Caroline was named 1st Team All-District, 1st Team All-Region, and 1st Team All State in 2018 and 2019. She was also named All-District Player, All-Regional Player, and All-State Player of the Year in 2019; making school history by helping to lead the team to sweep their conference, district, region, and state tournaments - all the way to winning their first ever State Championship Title. She is now committed to play Division 1 Women's Varsity Lacrosse at the University of Michigan. As a way to give back to the lacrosse community, Caroline enjoys working with youth players through Great Falls Lacrosse Association, and is excited to join the Cavalier Family as an Assistant Coach for the 2021-22 Girl's Lacrosse Team! 


Mark O'Brien (2023/2024 Orange) Mark grew up in Springfield, VA, and attended West Springfield High School where he was a multi-year all-district/all-region lacrosse player and was named to the 1992 All-American team his senior year.  Mark was one of the first public high school players out of Northern Virginia to ever play on scholarship at a top tier Division I program, Loyola College (Baltimore, MD) (now Loyola University), where he was a first-line midfielder for the Greyhounds his junior and senior year.  Mark played in the NCAA Division I tournament all four years at Loyola where his team narrowly missed the final four his sophomore year when the Greyhounds lost to Brown University in OT. Mark received All-American honors his senior year at Loyola, tallying 25 goals that year against some of the toughest programs in the country.   Since graduating from college, Mark has been an active member of the lacrosse community, where he has coached both girls and boys lacrosse for many years.    Mark just completed (spring 2018) his fourth season coaching girls lacrosse with the Ashburn Bandits. 


Aly Lehman (2027)  Aly Lehman is a native of the Northern Virginia area and was a multi-sport varsity athlete at Langley High School in McLean. After attending the University of Richmond, she started the varsity field hockey and lacrosse programs at Patrick Henry High School in Ashland, Virginia. She also is a former elementary school teacher. Now she is a mom of 3 lacrosse players and loves being on a field with kids! She also coaches lacrosse and field hockey for CYA. 

Hilary Murray (2028) - Hilary’s love for the game started at an early age playing pick up with her large, lacrosse-loving family in Charlottesville, VA. She spent many summers as a kid playing summer league for Seminole Lacrosse. She went on to play attack at Albemarle High School and midfield and attack for the George Mason University club team where she also served as Captain her senior year. Prior to moving to Northern VA, Hilary spent three years as a lacrosse coach at Brownsville Elementary School in Crozet, VA.
