Become A AAA Manager
North Boulder Little League is looking for managers for the AAA Division for the 2016 spring baseball season. Time requirements will vary but a typical AAA team will get together up to two times per week for practice and/or games. AAA players are 8 to 9 years old. The tentative schedule for the season are as follows:
Application Due: 2/14
Team Formation: Early March
Practices: Can begin as soon as the team roster is made public
Positive Coaching Alliance & Uniform Pick Up: TBD
Opening Day: 4/2
Coaches Beer & Peanuts: TBD
Here are some additional details to consider:
- You will be expected to uphold the NBLL Mission Statement Statement as you manage your team and participate in games.
- You will play an important role in developing kids’ baseball skills, sportsmanship and love of the game.
- You will need to complete the application that summarizes your baseball and youth coaching experience, click here to complete the online application.
- NBLL will conduct a background check on all individuals having contact with players in our League. Click here to complete our Volunteer Application for returning managers and coaches or click here to complete our Volunteer Application for new managers and coaches.
The NBLL President appoints the Managers of AA teams and the NBLL Board approves the appointments.
All managers will be expected to attend a “Positive Coaching” clinic on TBD. Other optional coaching clinics will be available as well.
