Natick Boys Youth Lacrosse

Natick Youth Lacrosse is a non-profit sporting organization that currently has over 400 boys and girls ranging in age from 7-14 years old.  The program was founded in 1999, by the husband and wife team of Jayne Rogers-Ehle and Brian Ehle.  Since that time the program has grown into a vital and competitive program whose mission is to promote and enhance the game of lacrosse for youth and high school students in an environment that emphasizes fun while developing skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and integrity.

Main Recreation Program Overview
The program is open to boys who are Natick residents and are in grades 1-8.  The program is built around participation in the Massachusetts Bay Youth  Lacrosse League.

Players are expected to attend practices regularly.

MBYLL League Information
Q: What is MBYLLL?
A: The Natick Boys Lacrosse program plays in the MBYLL Lacrosse League.  Our schedule and rules are set by the MBYLL based on recommendations from US Lacrosse. The league also organizes a year end Jamboree.

Q: Why is the MBYLL philosophy unique and different from many youth sports?
A: MBYLL classic travel league is considered an “instructional” league.  There are no standings kept, no league championship or playoffs.  Currently, all teams from each town are equal in skill (no A team, B team).  The goals are teaching the sport and providing a rewarding experience for all involved.  To learn more go to

There is also a Select League for more advanced players.  For information on that see the Select League Information tab on our website home page.

Q: What other towns do we play?
A: Our division generally covers many nearby towns in the metro west but also includes other towns from around the state.  A full list is on the MBYLL website.
