ALL ADULTS WELCOME - EACH DEN S/B REPRESENTED AT PAL MEETINGS.

All Adults are encouraged to attend at least one PACK ADULT meeting during the year .

Terminology:

PACK COMMITTEE (PC)

Pack 75 is under the supervision of the Pack Committee.  Think "oversight" and "board of directors" and "Officers."  The Chairperson and Cubmaster are selected and approved by the Chartering Organization.  The Cubmaster or the Committee Chairperson appoints all other positions.  The Cubmaster or his/her representative have full responsibility and authority as established by the Pack Committee and the Boy Scouts of America for all Pack meetings, field trips, outings or other activities scheduled by the Pack.  Pack Committee meetings are open to all adults in the Pack wishing to hear Officer Reports.

PACK ADULT LEADERS (PAL) MEETING

The traditional purpose of PAL meetings was to execute the Pack's calendar as set by the PC.  Den representatives are to plan and allocate responsibilities for upcoming Pack functions among the dens.  Each den is represented and the adult from the den is prepared to commit for the den and report the results of the meeting back to the den.   It is suggested that each family within the den be responsible for representing the den at at least one PAL meeting during the year.  This alleviates work load from the den leader and involves the families in first hand management of the Pack.
