PACK 75 and SCOUT NIGHT @ BLUEFISH!



 

EVENT: Scout Night at Harbor Yard is sponsored by CT Yankee Council, and Pack 75 has a special allotment of tickets reserved for this annual SOLD OUT event! Come represent Pack 75 and join other CT Yankee Packs and Troops.

  • Pre-game Scout Parade (bring Den banners/flags!)

  • Post-Game Camp out on the Outfield with Movie on the large Bluefish Video Screen

CHECK-IN TIME/PLACE: 5:00 pm assemble at the Information Booth between Gates B&C for pre-game parade and photo opportunities. Please be on time, our entire group must be present or we forfeit our spot in parade!

ATTIRE: Class A” uniform required.
 

COST: $16 per person (all ages) for Field-level Box Seats, except new 2011-2012 1st Grade Tigers WHO ARE FREE!! (for a free ticket, the Tiger Cub must be registered online with Pack 75 and as part of that process, have downloaded the BSA Youth Application form  and sent the completed form to the Membership Chair as instructed. (The BSA forms must be turned in with the money for the tickets or no free ticket!). Contact for New Tiger registration information.

BRING: Den Flag or Banner for the parade, Money for ballpark concessions (in the evening only), tent (no stakes!) , sleeping bag, mattress, pillow, overnight gear, toiletries, flashlight, change of clothes (wear Class A to the game). (Equipment should be kept in the car until after the game.) Cub campers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PAPERWORK: Every family attending the game/campout will be required to sign a “Ballpark Waiver” to acknowledge receipt of the “Sleepover Rules & Regulations” governing the event. You will receive an email with the “Sleepover Rules & Regulations” and Waiver closer to the event.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: Do not bring any other food or beverage (except water) because it will NOT be allowed on the field. This is an official Cub Scout event, and alcohol may not be brought, purchased, or consumed at any time during the event.

DIRECTIONS
: Check Google Maps, or visit the Bluefish Website, or From I-95 Northbound: Take Exit 27 (Lafayette Blvd). At bottom of ramp continue straight along South Frontage Road, go past Warren Street & turn right on Lafayette Blvd. Take first left on Allen Street. Entrances to parking lots are on Allen Street.
