Baseball Refund Policy

 

Late Fees:

  • $50 late fee imposed if registering after the registration closing date. 
  • $75 late fee imposed if registering after teams are formed. 
  • All fees must be paid prior to being placed on a team.  If payment is not made, child will not be placed on a team.  
  • All fees must be paid before the season starts or the child will not be permitted to play. 

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund given prior to evaluations in majors, AAA and AA baseball or equivalent in softball and before teams are set for all other levels (less transaction and processiong fees of approximately 5%)
  • 50% refund given after evaluations (depending on level) or teams are set (if no evaluations)(less transaction and processing fees of approximately 5%)
  • No refunds will be given after practices start. 

Unpaid Balances:

All accounts will be placed on hold for future registrations where balances are not paid in full.
