Players that are between the ages of 13 and 17 may be used on the ice as Student Coaches.  They are trained as such and must attend a Student Coaching Clinic.

This form is designed to comply with requirements of USA Hockey governing the use of minors under the age of 17 as student coaches on a registered hockey team. Click here for information regarding Student Coaches' requirements.

Players wishing to be a student coach must fill out the form, get their Parent's signature and bring the form with them when they attend the Student Coach Clinic. The Association Head Coach will obtain approvals from Team Head Coaches and submit the form to USA Hockey.
