REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Send email to @lahockey.org with intent to participate.
2. Complete the Application (& rules) Form (pdf).
3. Make check payable to Los Alamos Hockey Association for entry fee.
   • ATOMS/Mini-Mites, Mites: $200 per team
   • Squirts, PeeWees: $400 per team
