Alex Inman (2021) is currently the head coach at Loudoun Valley High School where he was part the coaching staff that lead the Vikings to the schools first ever 4A State championship in 2015.  Alex has been coaching at Louodun Valley for over 7 years and has been coaching the Cav 2021 team since they were 7th graders.   

Dave Colangelo (2022) is currently the Head Coach at Loudoun County High School where he was named the 2013 and 2014 Dulles District Coach of the Year after leading the Raiders to a 32-2 record including an undefeated campaign in the Dulles District.  Dave comes from lacrosse hotbed Syracuse, NY where he was an all-state performer at perennial powerhouse Fayetteville-Manlius High School. He played college lacrosse for ODAC powerhouse Randolph Macon where he was a 4-year letterwinner before settling into the DC area where he has coached at Trinity, Robert E. Lee, and now Loudoun County.  Dave currently plays for Misfits Lacrosse Club (outdoor).

Scott Mitchell (2023) - Scott currently serves as the head coach of Stone Bridge High School (Ashburn, VA) where he has guided the Bulldogs to numerous district, regional, and state playoff appearances.  During his tenure, he has coached numerous D1 players so he is well connected within the college coaching ranks and has experience assisting players with the recruiting process.  Scott grew up on Long Island and played high school lacrosse at Hauppauge HS and then went on play college lacrosse at D1 Binghamton University where he serves  the team captain. He currently plays box lacrosse in the MABLL and field lacrosse for Washington Lacrosse Club.


Eric Corella (2024) Coach Corella was an all-county and all-state midfield at Broad Run High school where he starred as a midfielder and lead the Spartans to multiple state playoff appearances. Eric plays college lacrosse at #2 ranked Lynchburg where he is the teams faceoff specialist. Eric provides specialty faceoff training to all Cav youth teams and serves as of the offensive coordinator for the Cav 2024 team.


James Cramp (2025) - James played college lacrosse at D3 powerhouse Washington College and graduated in ’97. He played high school lacrosse at James Madison and was a highly decorated and highly recruited high school player with awards including 3x All Northern Region and 4x ALL District.  He coached James Madison High School for 6 years and is currently coaching youth lacrosse with Ashburn Bandits.  James has been a versatile multi-position player for the Washington Lacrosse Club for the past 17 years.  Coach Cramp is still an active lacrosse player - in the spring he plays for the Cavalier Mens Elite team; in the summer, he plays for the Cavalier Masters team; in the winter, he plays for the Cavalier Mens Box team.


Steve Herin (2026) is a Virginia native from Prince William County, where he played HS lacrosse at Potomac High School.  Following high school, Coach Herin moved on to play collegiately at D3 Shenandoah University where he played all four years.  Following college, Coach Herin began his coaching career in Loudoun County as a JV assistant at Freedom HS in 2011 before moving on to take the JV head position at Loudoun County HS in 2012.  Coach Herin split time between JV and Varsity, before transitioning to Varsity full time in 2014 helping the raiders to their first ever State Finals appearance.  Coach Herin moved on from HS to begin coaching his son, who now plays Cavs 2028.


Kurt Mueller (2027) - Kurt grew up Philadelphia area where he played multiple sports in high school, but excelled at lacrosse. He went on to be a HS All American in 1993 with Germantown Academy and still holds the single season goals record. His team won the 1993 PA High School State Championship and he was selected as a North/South HS All Star before going on to play for Division 1 University of Virginia ('97 Grad). He played both Attack and Midfield for the Cavaliers that were in 3 NCAA final fours, 2 national championships and won the 1997 ACC Championship. After college, Kurt was an assistant coach at nationally ranked Division 3 Washington & Lee University, Vienna youth coach, Falls Church Varsity HS coach and currently in his 3rd year coaching the 8U Prince William Royals Lacrosse Club Youth Team. He has two boys that play youth lacrosse, ice hockey and soccer. 


Ben Brown (2027) - Ben grew up in Oakton, VA and started playing lacrosse in 5th grade.  After excelling at midfield/attack through his youth, he later transitioned and found his true passion with a long stick and went on to start all four years at Oakton High School as a defenseman.  He played college lacrosse for George Mason where he was a 4-year starter.  He currently plays on the Cav Masters team.  Ben also coaches for the Ashburn Bandits in the spring.  

Scott North (2028) - grew up in one of the hotbeds of lacrosse (Long Island), before moving down to NOVA and finishing his high school career with Centreville.  He has been coaching various teams for the Ashburn Bandits over the past five years and is currently the Ashburn Boy's commissioner. He now plays with the Misfits Lacrosse Club.
