From the MENU on the left side of the screen, select EDIT MY ACCOUNT.
Enter you EMAIL Address in the appropriate field.
If the is the FIRST TIME you are entering the website, leave the PASSWORD field blank and select SUBMIT. Check your EMAIL - a new password will be sent to your EMAIL address. Be patient, this sometimes takes a minute or two. Once you have your TEMPORARY PASSWORD, return to the EDIT MY ACCOUNT screen and enter it into the PASSWORD field and select SUBMIT.
If you are a RETURNING USER, enter your PASSWORD into the appropriate field and select SUBMIT.
If you have LOST or FORGOTTEN your PASSWORD, leave the PASSWORD field blank and select SUBMIT. Check your EMAIL - your password will be emailed to you.
If you get an EMAIL ADDRESS NOT FOUND error, please check your EMAIL ADDRESS to be sure you have typed it correctly. Next, verify that you are using the same EMAIL address that you were originally registered into the program with. Hint - this is the EMAIL address you have been recieving all the DAYO LAX messages on. If you continue to have problems, please contact the
