The V3 Rush
Advanced Boys Program is for experienced players and athletes from other sports who want to play at a higher level while learning and continuing to develop their skills.
Competitive players will benefit from two training sessions per week at the Sportsplex conducted by the V3 Rush coaching staff and technical directors. Neighborhood teams may practice separately with their coaches at locations TBD.
GOALIES PLAY FREE - Limited to 1st goalie per team! You must commit to playing goalie for the full season.
Players will be grouped by age. There will be two training sessions per week with most games on Saturdays with some potential games on Sunday afternoons.
U11, U13 and JJV games will be 10v10 following US Lacrosse rules with Certified Officials
U9 games will be 7v7 on smaller fields to maximize playing time and touches
Competitive Players will be assigned to a V3 Rush team which will compete in the
Hampton Roads Select Lacrosse League which plays in Virginia Beach on Saturdays at the Sportsplex complex or the PAAC.
There will be opportunities to play visiting teams from Richmond, Northern VA, Charlottesville, Durham and Eastern North Carolina as well.
