Learn to play roller hockey
NEW PLAYER CLINIC
January 11-13, 2020 (6:00-8:00 p.m.)
NVHSC Rink at Hamilton City
 
New players interested in playing in the next roller hockey league can participate in a beginners clinic. They should come to all sessions, but even a single session is beneficial. Second and third season players who want to sharpen their basic skills are also welcome for a small fee of $10. Participation by experienced players is discouraged.
 
The clinic is FREE, but requires a $14 AAU Hockey Inline membership for insurance. Required protective gear includes helmet, mouth guard, elbow pads, hockey gloves, shin guards and protective cup (for boys). Skates and gear packages (excluding mouth guards and cup) are available for rent.
 
The clinic will be:              6:00 to 8:00 p.m., January 11
                                             6:00 to 8:00 p.m., January 12
                                             6:00 to 8:00 p.m., January 13

To rent gear for the fall season (or to borrow gear for the new player clinic), come tot he rink from 4:00-600 PM on January 11th, the first day of the new player clinic.

All New Players and returning players must participate in the Player Evaluation (Squirts 6:00pm, Peewees 6:30pm, Bantams 7:00pm, Midgets 7:30pm) on January 16th at NVHSC Rink in Hamilton City . Check our website calendar for teams and times. Depending on teams, generally there is at least one practice/game each week for Fall Season (late August - mid December) or Spring Season (mid January - mid May), it is possible to have a practice and a game on the same night.
