Player/Staff Registration Instructions

If you have previously registered then all you have to do is log in using the email address and password you used the last time.   If you have forgotten your password then just enter in the your email address and the system will send you your password.

 

  THE FIRST TIME IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST! 
THE SET UP OF YOUR FAMILY ACCOUNT HAS TO BE DONE ONLY ONCE
SUBSEQUENT SEASON REGISTRATIONS WILL BE A LOT SIMPLER...I PROMISE! 
 

Step 1...The first time you try to register any family or staff member for a program, you will be prompted to "Sign In". Enter your email  address only. The website will then email you a temporary password to use for sign in. You can later change your password to anything you like.

Step 2...We'll need some basic information about you.  Even if you're registering a child for a program, we need to start with the ADULT's (YOUR) information.  You'll be able to enter one or more children later.  When this step is done you will see something like this:

Step 3...Add a second adult (if applicable)...Then add your children...YOU ARE NOT DONE...(you've only finished setting up your family account)
Now, you are ready to "REGISTER"  your members...You will see something like this...(we added a second Adult John Doe and two children Julie & Billy)...

Step 4...Julie Doe & Billy Doe are the only ones eligible for this registration

YOU MUST CLICK THE BUTTON BESIDE YOUR PLAYER TO SUCCESSFULLY REGISTER...When done with one player you will be prompted to "Return to the Registration home page (this page)...if you have more players or members to register then select the "Player Registration" program from the list at the bottom of the page and repeat Step 4 for the rest of your registrations....

Repeat Step 4...Let's say we want to register Billy Doe now...we go back to the Registration home page (the one you're on), we select Player Registration and you'll see something like this:

As you can see, Julie Doe is confirmed to be registered and now we can register Billy Doe ...just repeat Step 4 for as many members until you're done!

NOTE:  If you are a parent registering BUT also maybe a Coach, Assistant coach, Team manager, Board member, etc.  You can register yourself to the Staff Registration which should be visible next to your name.
