DefensivelyShea R. made a nice line drive catch at shortstop whileElizabeth M. caught a line drive at first base.  The big defensive play of the game was a towering flyball catch by Kate M. to end a rally in the 4th inning.

Game 2 was led by Milton U12's Maggie W. (4IP, 4K, 7R).  The offense featured a balanced attack with 9 different players scoring a run.  Solid hits by Shea R., Kate M., Kristin R. andShannon F.  The web gems included two strong plays at the mound by Maggie W. for putouts; Kate M. In Game 1, Milton rallied from deficits of 5-0 and 6-5 in last inning to overtake West Bridgewater. Krissy M. hit a rocket to deep left for a triple bringing home Andrea J. to tie the game. Krissy scored on a wild pitch one later for the walk off win as the Bridgewater team tried to pitch around clean up hitter Julia M.
