This is award winning program is sponsored by the Bayonne Board of Education and operates in conjunction with the Bayonne Rangers, through the Bayonne Hockey Association, Inc. The program is designed for beginners from 5 year olds to 12 year olds. The program is open to all Beginners and House League players. The program runs every Saturday (with certain exceptions) starting September 7, 2019 and ending in February 2020 at Korpi Ice Rink at Bayonne High School.  All players must register online so you will receive all updates on scheduling and other Bayonne Ranger activities. USA Hockey numbers are mandatory!

Our development programs are specifically designed to teach hockey FUNdamentals in a cross ice-station based  format, as provided by USA Hockey’s American Development Model or ADM.

  • Each session consists of one-hour lessons with instruction on stick handling, passing, shooting, skating, scrimmages and the rules of the game. We will follow USA Hockey's ADM program
  • Required Equipment: Hockey skates and stick, helmet with full face protection, hockey gloves, cup, elbow pads, and shin guards. This equipment is mandatory. Players will not be allowed on the ice without proper equipment.
  • Cost $50 Administration Fee for all players. 
  • Every Player receives a Free Jersey.
  • We have some rental equipment available for young players looking to try hockey without buying equipment.

  • Space is limited to the first 50 participants registered for each session
  • Registration ends when the class has reached capacity,  Please register early!

All LTPH hockey participants can participate in House League for an additional fee.
