The EDP Clinics are being held at Maurice Hawk and Dutch Neck. Jackie Sasko is running it for softball and Bill Bethea is running it for baseball.

Player Agent-Jacqui
Nothing to report at this time.

Coaches Clinics
Baseball Factory will be holding clinic on April 2 at Ward Field.  District Coaches Clinics will be held March 6. We are working on setting something up for softball.

Fall Ball
Looking for the manager evaluations.

Softball -Bill
Clinics are going well. The clinics run by the high school girls are starting this week. We are opening off the clinics to Cranbury/Plainsboro to " top off " registration. Most of the coordinator positions are filled.

Baseball- Sean
Most of the coordinator positions are filled. We are going to add a question on the registration website to gauge the interest  of 11/12 year olds participating in a 50/70 team in the spring. They would be playing on Sundays.

Umpires-Kevin
Dates for clinics have been set. They start on February 2, and go 5 consecutive weeks. The exam will be given on March 9.

Indoor Facility
Paul St. Amour is handling the scheduling and the cards. Reach out to Paul if you have any problems. Ted Phalen will be running the coaches clinics sometime in January. Ted also spoke about changing mentality so we can better maximize the use if the facility. He volunteered to teach coaches and parents how to better utilize the space inside so more players can be in there working at once.

Projects
We are in need  of an Architect to stamp plans for our lightening project. Equipment is there and ready to go. Once lights are completed we can get the batting cages up. All three fields at WWCP will have lights.
Gate at Ward Field to be fixed in the next couple of weeks.

Sponsors-Larry
Letters to go out by end of week. Working on a tier of different packages the we can offer potential sponsors. Want to get people out in the local stores.

Constitution-Harlan
Harlan discussed the draft of the Constitution he wrote. One change would be to hold elections in May and new board would take over in the fall.  This increases democracy of organization. The transition would be easier as the newly elected board could work with the outgoing board. This time of year may make it easier to recruit volunteers. We will put a copy on the website and send out an email blast for everyone to read.

Other
Mark Freed of All-Star Baseball Academy spoke to let everyone know of a clinic they would be holding at the Robbinsville Field House on December 29. It is for 10-12 year olds and to be run by college coaches. The cost is $150 per player and is from 9-1 pm.
