Projects
Tires were dumped off at Ward Field. The gates will not be locked for the winter.
The lights project has been started. The underground wiring is not yet completed. There is a concern that the boxes of lights that are being stored at the indoor facility could get damaged.

Comments/Issues
There was a hard time fielding a nine year old All Star Team last summer. Last summer the nines combined with some tens and played as a ten year old Tournament Team.  Think it would help if we could get the word out early about All Stars and the commitment that it entails. Some options that were discussed that may help: send an email blast to the parents, have an informational meeting or go to each team and have a brief discussion.

Meeting adjourned: 9:05
