supports ALL varsity, junior varsity, freshman and club sports at L-S. The Boosters annually donate approximately $50,000 to the high school athletic program.
1) The tournament has a shot-gun start at 7:30am; players must be in cart ready to head out to their assigned hole by 7:15am**. There will be 1-2 foursomes at each hole for the shotgun start.
2) The tournament is a scramble format. Each player tees off from the appropriate tee box and the group selects the best drive. All the players in the group take their next stroke from within 3’ of the selected location. This is repeated until the ball is holed.
2) Men's groups must select one drive from each player on each nine holes. Women's and mixed groups should select one drive per round.
3) In order to speed up play, the group must pick up the ball after the group has taken enough strokes for a double bogey. If the Ranger feels a group is playing too slowly, the Ranger will request the group pick up and proceed to the next hole.
** for those players whose schedule do not permit them to arrive by 7:15am, arrangements can be made for you to meet your group on the course later
