Schedule/Program Expectation:

-          Tier 1 – Tournament Bound

-          Minimum 40 game schedule overall

-          22 Game Regular Season in Lower Lakes Canadian Female Hockey League (LLFHL)

-          4-5 Tournaments (including State Championships)

-          Regular Use of Regal’s Video Room

-          Minimum 2 practices/week throughout season

-          Skill sessions throughout season with professional instructors

-          Off-ice strength training sessions

-          Off-ice shooting and stick-handling sessions

Off Season:

-          Off-ice strength training and conditioning

-          Approximately 2 practices/month in summer, 1-2 practices/week beginning in August

-          1-2 team/family gatherings
