Online Registration for Fall Baseball is now open through August 18, 2018. Please remember to register during this time frame or your child may be placed on a waiting list for team placement.
Questions can be sent directly to the Commissioner who is responsible for your age group.
To register, click on the "Online Registration" menu tab on the left side of the screen. If you have already registered and need to change personal information, click on "Edit My Account". You can also CLICK HERE to go to the on-line registration page.
Before you proceed to the Registration page, please make sure you have the following information ready to record in the form. If you don't have this information available, the registration will be rejected:
Name and phone number of family physicians
Health Insurance Carrier and policy number
Emergency contact person and mobile number (Other than parent or guardian)
Edit Player Information: If you need to edit any information that you already submitted, choose the “Edit My members account " tab on the left. Make sure you choose the same league that you originally registered your child in. You will then be asked for your email address and password. This will launch a popup window with an "Edit" button next to your child's name. When you click on the "Edit" button, it will provide you with the first information document. Make your changes and choose "Submit" at the bottom. This will then launch the supplemental form. Make your changes and choose "Submit" at the bottom. A summary form will display all your changes. If everything is correct, scroll to the bottom and choose return to the registration page and log out.
Refunds: All Registrations are refundable (less a $10 processing fee) if notice is received by August 18th; 50% refund until August 31st; no refunds after that.
