Congratulations on your selection to the
Milton Girls Softball Summer Travel Program!

We are excited to have you participate in the summer program.
The program promises to be fun, enjoyable, competitive and rewarding.

Please complete the following at your earliest convenience.

STEP 1: Player Commitment Form (must be completed by Friday, May 30th)
STEP 2: Player Uniform Order Form (must be completed by Thursday, May 30th)
STEP 3: Submit a payment for $152.20 online when you order your uniform.
