Mission Statement:
LYFS is dedicated to providing the youth of Londonderry between the ages of 5 and 15 with the fundamentals of football and cheerleading in an atmosphere which stresses sportsmanship, teamwork, safety, education, and above all fun!
We are an all volunteer organization working to do our part to help contribute to the aspirations of our youth through sport. LYFS participates actively in making positive contributions to the community.
Value Statement:
Londonderry Youth Football and Spirits (LYFS) key values include sportsmanship, respect, honesty, and integrity. Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit attempts to reinforce these values in how it conducts business and in the programs offered to the participants.
Londonderry Youth Football and Spirits will not tolerate any discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation. This also means that the organization will not tolerate hurtful or slandering remarks being made by anyone in the Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit (this includes board, coaches, players, and parents) against others in the organization or related organizations including other teams or football/cheer organizations.
Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit will also not tolerate physical violence of any type against individuals.
If there is a reported incident involving discrimination, non-tolerance, or violence, the individual involved faces disciplinary action as assessed by the board, including the possibility of being removed from the organization permanently.
Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit strives to build a "family" organization and ask that the players regard one another in a fraternal manner. It is the hope of the organization that participants in Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit will build not only physical skills and knowledge of their sport, but will also develop their individual character and the bond of being part of a team that supports, helps, and revitalizes its members.

LYFS is affiliated at the national level with American Youth Football (AYF) & American Youth Cheer (AYC)
LYFS is affiliated at the state level with the New Hampshire Youth Football & Spirit Conference (NHYFSC)
