RBC, like most organizations, has had to adapt its policies and procedures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. RBC has implemented a comprehensive COVID-19 operations plan and expects all players, coaches, parents, umpires and visitors to abide by the rules and regulations posted at RBC facilities and referenced herein or through other offical RBC communication platforms. Failure to do so could be deemed a violation of RBC's codes of conduct and could lead to discipline in the discretion of the RBC Board of Directors.
The health and safety of our players and volunteers is paramount. At this time, RBC is not requiring that coaches or players wear masks, unless masks are required by the rules of a facility or complex where RBC players or coaches are participating. RBC's policy prohibits participation in any RBC event by any player or coach who has a fever, is exhibiting COVID 19 Symptoms, or is subject to a quarantine or other similar restriction by a school or other entity. RBC is regularly monitoring public health guidance, and will update its policies based on that guidance.
If your player tests positive for COVID-19 during the RBC season or at any other time when they are participating in RBC sponsored events, please immediately notify us by email at safety@ridgebaseballclub.com.
Thank you for your continued support.
