His stepfather introduced him to the game and was his coach up until he was in high school, and he now gets to share that same experience with his son Easton.

Playing for St. Mary’s high school in Annapolis Maryland, in one of the most competitive conferences in the country, allowed him to increase his lacrosse IQ tremendously while under the guidance of coaches Rob White and Jim Morehead. Those teams enjoyed multiple trips to the state championships and claimed one of the top spots in the country during his time there.

Coach Reed continued playing for the Salisbury State University Men’s Club Program and then after a brief hiatus picked up the stick again when moving down to Palm Beach County, Florida.

He managed and coached the Palm Beach Men’s Lacrosse Club for 15 years and currently runs a college/adult Men’s Summer League in South Florida. He shares a common goal with most South Florida lacrosse enthusiasts, to grow the game.

A constant ambassador for the sport of lacrosse, he has found his niche sharing his experience with the next generation of athletes and gets tremendous joy from sharing the fundamentals of the Lacrosse game focusing on stick work and positioning basics.
