Each family is expected to volunteer a MINIMUM of 12 hours. There is a $300.00 per family volunteer deposit fee. Families can fulfill their volunteer requirements by assisting the League or team in one or more of the following ways:

  • Holding a CCLL Board position
  • Helping at tryouts
  • Working the league Snack Shack during games
  • Equipment pickup and return
  • Helping at the Mid Season Classic
  • Help with scheduled summer tournaments
  • Managing/coaching a team (one manager and 2 coaches per team)
  • Team parent ** If 2 parents want to share the Team Parent role, they will each receive 6 team volunteer hours (instead of 12 hours) and will need to complete 6 additional volunteer hours in order to receive their volunteer fee refund**
  • Team scorekeeping **
  • Field preparation before and after games **
The team parent from each team will report to the League those who have fulfilled their volunteer hours, at which time the family will be refunded their participation fee.

** These jobs must be done enough times to cover the 12 hours to the team required for a volunteer refund**


Parents will have an opportunity to sign up for volunteer activities as they become available.

Volunteer work will be verified as necessary with the individual team parent or manager. Refund checks for the $300 volunteer deposit (one deposit per family) will be mailed directly to volunteers by July 15th.
