(Patriot Girls) - Spring 2023

Spring lacrosse focuses on introducing the sport of lacrosse to beginner players, and provides intermediate and advanced players the chance to enhance their individual skills and team play. We will devote the first several weeks of practice to skills development and rules awareness, and will gradually transition to game situations and scrimmages. Players will develop a sense of accomplishment, accountability, and teamwork on a weekly basis, and are always encouraged to have “fun” in a competitive environment.

As we get closer to the Spring season, we will begin to form the teams, release coaches, practice locations and times as well as other information required for the season.

Volunteer coaches are needed for all levels (Grades K-8)

Please contact Jason Golaboski (golaboskijason@gmail.com) if interested in volunteering.

Registration Deadline

Wednesday, January 25

Please contact Jason Golaboski @ golaboskijason@gmail.com for information on late registrations.

Playing Divisions

Patriot Girls Lacrosse will compete in the Arapahoe Youth League (AYL) for Spring lacrosse (we will remain with CGLA for Fall lacrosse and other lacrosse "play days" throughout the year). AYL play is executed by school grade level (1-8), and for each grade level, is further broken into Gold, Silver and Bronze Divisions. Patriot Teams and Divisions will be decided once registration is complete.

Player Costs

Grades K-3: Regular: $125

Grades 4-8: Early Bird: $250 / Regular: $275

Early bird registration runs up until Dec. 25, 2022. Regular registration runs up until Jan. 25, 2023.

Uniforms: $85 (if needed)

Team Placement

Our highest priority is to place each player at the level best suited to her lacrosse experience and athletic ability. We believe that our players' satisfaction is maximized when they are grouped with players of similar ability levels.

IMPORTANT:  We cannot guarantee that players will be placed on the same team from year to year, as logistics within and beyond our control change from season to season. We will consider all feedback and/or requests, however, Patriot coaches and administration will make final decisions regarding team assignments based on the needs of the player and club.

Game Schedule, Locations and Rules of Play
