Patriot Lacrosse - Boys Spring 2023
Spring lacrosse focuses on introducing the sport of lacrosse to beginner players and provides intermediate and advanced players the chance to enhance their individual skills and team play. We will devote the first several weeks of practice to skills development and rules awareness and will gradually transition to game situations and scrimmages. Players will develop a sense of accomplishment, accountability, and teamwork on a weekly basis, and are always encouraged to have “fun” in a competitive environment.
As we get closer to the Spring season, we will begin to form the teams, release coaches, practice locations and times as well as other information required for the season.
Volunteer coaches are needed for all levels (Grades K-8)

Nov. 25 - Jan 25: Spring Registration is open online
February 2023: Date TBA Parent Meeting- Season Gear/Uniform KickOff
February 2023: Practices begin
March 2023 Pre-season Tournaments
AYL Pre-season Tournaments SOCO March 19
March/April 2023: AYL Regular Season games begin
May 2023: AYL Playoffs (Saturday/Sunday for all ages)
May 2023: AYL Championships (following AYL Playoffs for all ages)

Coaches will be determined once teams are assigned and practice schedules are determined by coaches. 2-3 x per week.

Team Placement
Players will be placed on teams based on the needs of the club, player experience and recommendation of the coach. Player safety is our priority and as a club players will primarily play at their grade level during the spring season.
Gear Rental
Boys Lacrosse Gear Rentals are available. Rental Equipment Inventory consists of a helmet, arm pads, and gloves. Rental gear is intended for NEW players to the game of lacrosse in their first season; however, will be checked out on a first come first serve basis. There is no guarantee that there will be enough gear for all who request it or there will be an item in the correct size for every player.

All Players must have a US Lacrosse Membership good through June 2023.
